Cantilever gate kit with carriages and accessories for cantilever sliding gates
Complete cantilever gate kit with accessories – a ready-to-fit mounting solution for cantilever sliding gates. The kit contains everything you need to hang and stabilise the gate correctly on an 80×80×5 mm track: two carriages, an end wheel with a protective end cap and a gate catcher.
With this kit you save time and money – instead of buying individual components separately, you get a matched set in one package. It is a cost-effective solution, especially for installation companies fitting cantilever sliding gates.
Carriage
The carriage is fitted with 5 plastic wheels, including one horizontal wheel providing additional lateral stabilisation. Self-aligning design – the carriage is connected to the base by a pin, so it adjusts automatically to the track profile. Height adjustment by bolts allows precise setting of the gate. All steel components are galvanised, ensuring high corrosion resistance. The kit includes 2 carriages.
End wheel with end cap
A steel component mounted at the start of the sliding gate track. The end cap of the wheel provides protection against snow and ice, preventing the track from jamming in harsh weather conditions. Mounting bolts are included. Galvanised component, designed for an 80×80×5 mm track.
Gate catcher
A steel gate catcher designed for 80×80×5 mm and 70×70×4 mm tracks. On the rear plate there are two mounting holes and a rubber buffer. The end wheel runs into the gate catcher fixed to the post, which distributes the weight of the gate across more components and stabilises it once closed. This solution significantly extends the service life of the carriages.
Carriage dimensions: base 180×120 mm, mounting spacing 140×70 mm, overall height 155 mm, wheel width 68 mm.

Choosing the carriage spacing – the correct centre-to-centre spacing of the carriages depends on the weight of the gate and the clear opening length. For gates weighing 300 kg with a 3.5 m opening, the spacing is 1.35 m, while for gates weighing 450 kg with a 5.0 m opening it is as much as 2.70 m.
