A complete cantilever gate kit with accessories for installing cantilever sliding gates. The kit contains all the components needed for efficient installation of the gate on a 70×70×4 mm track: two carriages, an end wheel with end cap and a gate catcher. This gives the installation company a ready-made solution in a single pack, which speeds up the job and removes the need to order components separately.

The carriage is fitted with 5 plastic rollers, including one horizontal roller, which ensure smooth and quiet gate travel. The carriage has a pivoting design: it is connected to the base by a pin, so it adjusts automatically to the profile of the track. Height adjustment with bolts allows the gate to be levelled precisely. The carriage is designed for a 70×70×4 mm track. It is made entirely of galvanised steel, which guarantees corrosion resistance and long-lasting outdoor use.
The end wheel with end cap is a steel component fitted at the start of the cantilever sliding gate track. The end cap provides protection against snow and ice, preventing the mechanism from jamming in winter conditions. Mounting bolts are included. The component fits a 70×70×4 mm track and is made of galvanised steel.
The gate catcher is a steel component into which the end wheel runs when the gate is closed. On the back plate there are two mounting holes and a rubber stop that absorbs impact. Choosing the carriage spacing
The correct centre-to-centre spacing of the carriages (LW) depends on the weight of the gate (P) and the clear length of the gate opening (L). The table below shows the recommended values:
- 250 kg gate — spacing from 1.35 m (3.5 m opening) to 1.90 m (5.0 m opening)
- 300 kg gate — spacing from 1.55 m (3.5 m opening) to 2.10 m (5.0 m opening)
- 350 kg gate — spacing from 1.85 m (3.5 m opening) to 2.60 m (5.0 m opening)
- 400 kg gate — spacing from 2.10 m (3.5 m opening) to 3.00 m (5.0 m opening)
Choosing the correct carriage spacing guarantees an even distribution of loads, which directly affects the durability of the mechanism and how comfortable the gate is to use.
