H1Z2Z2-K solar cable 1x10 mm2 black – class Dca (CPR)
H1Z2Z2-K photovoltaic cable 1x10 mm2 in black is a reliable component of any PV installation. Thanks to the tinned copper conductor with a 10 mm2 cross-section, it ensures low transmission losses even over long cable runs – from module strings all the way to the inverter.
The cable is manufactured in accordance with PN-EN 50618:2015-03 standard and classified as Dca under the CPR regulation, which allows it to be used both in rooftop installations and in extensive ground-mounted solar farms.
Cable construction
- Conductor: tinned copper stranded, class 5 according to PN-EN 60228 / DIN VDE 0295
- Insulation: cross-linked halogen-free compound, white colour
- Outer sheath: cross-linked halogen-free compound, black colour
- Maximum outer diameter: 8.8 mm

Fire safety
The cable meets flame retardancy requirements according to EN 60332-1 and IEC 60332-1. During combustion, it does not emit aggressive fumes (compliance with PN-EN 61034-2 and PN-EN 60754-2), which is crucial in rooftop installations and inside buildings. Reaction to fire classification: Dca according to PN-EN 50575 (CPR).
Application
The H1Z2Z2-K 10 mm2 cable is designed for connections between photovoltaic modules, module strings and for cable runs leading to the inverter. The 10 mm2 cross-section performs particularly well over longer runs and at higher operating currents. The black colour facilitates identification of the positive pole (+) in DC installations.
Additional options: available version with CuSn wire screen and FeZn steel wire armour. There is also the possibility of applying an anti-rodent compound in the insulation, preventing damage by rodents and termites.
