H1Z2Z2-K 10 mm2 solar cable black – class B2ca (CPR), non-flammable
H1Z2Z2-K 10 mm2 black cable is a single-core photovoltaic cable in the highest fire reaction class B2ca-s1,d0,a1, designed for connections between PV panels and inverters. Thanks to its halogen-free construction and CPR certification, it is the ideal choice wherever non-flammability and zero toxic smoke emission are required — on roofs of residential buildings, public facilities and in extensive ground-mounted farms.
Why does B2ca class matter? The CPR (Construction Products Regulation) increasingly requires the use of cables with enhanced fire reaction class in buildings. Cable in class B2ca means very low flammability, minimal smoke emission (s1), no flaming droplets (d0) and low acidity of fire gases (a1). By choosing this cable, you meet the most stringent design requirements and eliminate the risk of remarks at the installation acceptance stage.
Cable construction
- Conductor: copper, multi-wire, flexible (class 5 according to PN-EN 60228), tinned — cross-section 10 mm2
- Insulation: cross-linked halogen-free compound, white colour
- Outer sheath: cross-linked halogen-free compound, black colour
- Max. outer diameter: 8.8 mm

Resistance and durability
- Resistant to UV radiation, ozone and atmospheric conditions (according to EN 50618)

- Can be laid directly in the ground (meets direct burial requirements according to UL 854)
- Flammability class: B2ca-s1,d0,a1 according to EN 13501-6:2018
Application: cable designed for photovoltaic installations — connections between PV panels, strings to inverter, wiring inside buildings and on roofs and in ground-mounted power plants. Black sheath colour facilitates identification of the positive pole in DC installations.
