Gravel board bracket 200×55 mm green

Gravel board bracket connector is a sturdy mounting component designed for the permanent connection of concrete gravel boards to fence posts. It is designed for gravel boards measuring 200 × 55 mm, which ensures a precise fit and a stable seating of the board in all conditions.

The product is made of galvanised steel coated with powder coating in green RAL 6005. The double corrosion protection of galvanising plus powder coating provides years of resistance to weather, moisture and corrosion, eliminating the need for maintenance. The neat finish blends harmoniously with modern panel fencing.

Design and installation

The gravel board bracket has a C-shaped profile (channel section) in which the concrete gravel board sits. The internal width of the profile is 57 mm, which allows a 55 mm thick board to be placed easily and securely with a small installation clearance. The built-in Ø 6 mm cross rod acts as a lock, preventing the gravel board from slipping out of the bracket and increasing the durability and safety of the whole structure.

Two mounting holes in the form of 6 × 12 mm slots allow the gravel board bracket to be quickly screwed to the fence post. The elongated shape of the holes allows the position to be adjusted during installation, which significantly speeds up the work of the installation crew. The flat base of the bracket protects the gravel board from mechanical damage during fitting.
