Gravel board bracket 300×50 mm brown

The gravel board bracket connector is a durable fixing component used to securely connect concrete gravel boards to fence posts. Designed for gravel boards measuring 300 × 50 mm, it ensures a precise fit and a stable seating of the board regardless of terrain and weather conditions.

The product is made of galvanised steel coated with powder coating in brown RAL 8017. Double anti-corrosion protection — a zinc layer plus powder coating — guarantees years of resistance to moisture, rain and corrosion, eliminating the need for additional maintenance. The neat, uniform finish blends harmoniously with modern panel fences in the popular brown colour.

Design and installation

The gravel board bracket has a C-shaped profile in which the concrete gravel board sits. The outer width of the profile is 52 mm, which allows a 50 mm thick board to be placed freely and securely, with a small installation clearance that makes seating easier. The built-in Ø 6 mm cross rod acts as a lock — it prevents the gravel board from slipping out of the bracket, increasing the durability and safety of the entire fence structure.

Two mounting holes in the form of 6 × 12 mm slots allow the bracket to be quickly screwed to the fence post. The elongated shape of the holes allows the position to be adjusted during installation, which considerably speeds up the installers' work and makes it easier to level the gravel board line on uneven ground. The flat base of the bracket protects the concrete board from mechanical damage during seating.
