Balustrade mounting collar for 42.4 mm pipe – stainless steel AISI 304 satin
Mounting collar (axial fixing) designed for attaching a balustrade pipe with diameter of 42.4 mm directly to the wall. Enables quick and secure installation of handrails without the need for balustrade posts — ideal solution wherever the handrail is to run along the wall.
Component made from stainless steel AISI 304 with satin finish, which guarantees high corrosion resistance and aesthetic, matt appearance that perfectly complements modern stainless steel balustrades. The mounting plate with diameter of 85 mm has 3 mounting holes with diameter of 6.5 mm, ensuring stable and even fixing to the substrate. Additionally, the built-in grub screw allows for secure locking of the pipe inside the sleeve.
Installation involves screwing the collar to the wall using screws passing through holes in the plate, then inserting the pipe into the sleeve and tightening the grub screw. Simple installation scheme reduces assembly crew working time and requires no specialist tools.
