PP600 – ballasted base for heat pump installation
PP600 is a professional concrete ballasted base designed for stable installation of outdoor units of heat pumps, air conditioning systems and ventilation units. Thanks to high-grade C40/50 concrete and an integrated galvanised mounting rail, the system ensures durability and quick installation on ground and flat roofs. This is a longer alternative to the PP550 base, designed for mounting larger outdoor units.
Why choose PP600? The element weighs 60 kg, ensuring stability without the need for anchoring to the substrate. The integrated HAZ 28/15 mounting rail enables quick and precise mounting of equipment using the included M10 hammer head bolts.
Dimensions and technical parameters: the base with dimensions of 600 × 150 × 300 mm (length × width × height) has been designed with surface slope in mind – 5% longitudinally and 2% transversely – ensuring water and condensate drainage from beneath the outdoor unit.
Complete mounting kit
- 2× M10 hammer head bolt – for mounting in the mounting rail
- 2× self-locking nut – protection against loosening
- 2× vibration-isolating washer – vibration and noise reduction
Installation method: for stable installation of one outdoor unit, a minimum of 2 PP600 elements are required. EPDM vibration-isolating washers dampen vibrations, extending equipment lifespan and minimising noise transmitted to the building structure.
