Angled trapezoidal bridge with EPDM gasket is an aluminium spacer element designed for mounting photovoltaic structures on roofs covered with trapezoidal sheet metal. The angled profile shape perfectly mirrors the geometry of the sheet metal wave, providing stable and watertight support for the mounting rail without the need for additional levelling shims.
Thanks to the built-in EPDM gasket, the bridge effectively protects the roof covering against water ingress at the fixing point. The gasket compensates for surface irregularities of the sheet metal and dampens microvibrations, extending the service life of the connection and minimising the risk of corrosion at the contact point.

Profile construction
The trapezoidal cross-section profile features two symmetrical feet that rest against the surface of the roof sheet metal. The side walls transition into an internal reinforcing flange. At the top of the profile there is a mounting channel with an internal width of 13.7 mm and an aperture of 8.4 mm, enabling the fixing of bolts and clamps to load-bearing rails. Points marked with an asterisk symbol may show heat lines arising during the aluminium extrusion process — this does not constitute a quality defect.
