Aluminium flat bar 15×5 mm is a versatile flat profile designed for structural, finishing, and repair applications. Made from EN AW-6060 T64 alloy (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38), it combines low self-weight with good rigidity and high corrosion resistance. With a length of 2000 mm and a weight of just 0.40 kg per section, the flat bar is convenient to transport and easy to machine — ideal as a component for frames, substructures, reinforcements, and mounting details.

Applications
The flat bar is suitable wherever a lightweight and durable linear element with a flat cross-section is required. Most commonly used as reinforcement for frames and support structures, a finishing element in technical enclosures, a spacer or connector in photovoltaic and industrial installations, as well as a semi-finished product for further mechanical processing — cutting, drilling, or bending.
The EN AW-6060 alloy in the T64 temper provides good machinability and sufficient mechanical strength for most mounting applications. The raw surface allows optional anodising or powder coating to match the aesthetic requirements of a project.
