The aluminium trapezoidal bridge H100 L330 is a ready-made roof adapter designed for securing photovoltaic structures on roofs covered with trapezoidal sheet metal. Thanks to the factory-fitted 2 mm EPDM gasket, the bridge ensures a watertight fit against the sheet metal profile, eliminating the need for additional sealing and significantly speeding up installation.
The profile is manufactured from aluminium with a standard anodised finish, guaranteeing high corrosion resistance and long-term durability in outdoor conditions. The trapezoidal cross-section perfectly mirrors the geometry of popular roofing sheets — the bridge sits stably on the sheet crests, distributing loads evenly across the roof substructure.
The upper part of the profile is fitted with a mounting channel with a slot width of 9 mm and a depth of 16 mm, enabling rapid attachment of mounting rails or clamps using hook bolts or T-nuts. This solution allows flexible positioning of PV structural components without the need to drill additional holes.
