Aluminium T-Bar EN AW-6060 – T Profile 100×50×2 mm, Length 2000 mm
Aluminium T-bar 100×50×2 mm is a sturdy T-section profile made from EN AW-6060 T64 alloy (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38). Thanks to its excellent mass-to-rigidity ratio, it is ideally suited for lightweight aluminium structures, frames and mounting assemblies, finishing elements, and wherever low weight, ease of machining and corrosion resistance are essential.
The profile in its raw (non-anodised) state is ready for further processing — it can be easily cut, drilled, bent and mechanically joined. The 2000 mm length allows flexible adaptation to project requirements with minimal material waste.

The AlMgSi0.5 alloy (6060 series) is noted for its excellent suitability for anodising and mechanical machining. The T64 delivery condition denotes heat-treated material — the profile is precipitation hardened, providing high rigidity whilst retaining the lightweight characteristics typical of aluminium. The profile is available in a range encompassing many cross-sectional dimension and wall thickness variants.
