Aluminium square tube 60×60×2 mm is a versatile closed section profile with a length of 2000 mm, made from aluminium alloy EN AW-6060 T64 (PA38, AlMgSi0.5). Thanks to its square cross-section and thin yet sturdy wall thickness of 2 mm, the profile combines high rigidity with low self-weight — weighing just 2.5 kg (1.25 kg/m). It is an ideal solution for installers and engineers seeking a lightweight, corrosion-resistant material for building frames, load-bearing structures, balustrades, and aluminium constructions.
The profile surface is raw (non-anodised), allowing for further processing — anodising, powder coating, or leaving in its natural state. PA38 aluminium is characterised by excellent machinability — the profile can be easily cut, drilled, bent, and mechanically joined, speeding up project completion on site and in the workshop.
