The aluminium H-30 trapezoidal bracket with EPDM seal is a dedicated structural component for the direct mounting of photovoltaic panels on roofs covered with trapezoidal sheet metal. The profile height of 30 mm ensures free airflow beneath the module, enabling natural cooling and lifting the panel away from the heated roof surface — which translates into higher installation efficiency during the warmer months. The bracket works together with mid and end clamps, which are attached to the upper rail channel using a sliding key, threaded insert, or hammer-head bolt. Holes for the screws fixing the profile to the trapezoidal sheet are made directly on the roof during installation, allowing precise adjustment of the spacing to match the specific sheet profile. Made from 6060 aluminium alloy, the profile combines low weight with high resistance to corrosion and weather conditions.
