Aluminium flat bar 100×8 mm is a versatile flat profile made from EN AW-6060 T64 alloy (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38) with a length of 2000 mm. Thanks to its low weight of just 4.32 kg combined with high rigidity, the profile is ideal for support structures, mounting frames, finishing elements and installation repairs. The raw, non-anodised aluminium surface provides natural corrosion resistance and allows for further processing — anodising, powder coating or leaving without any additional coating.
The 6060 series flat bar combines good machinability with sufficient strength for structural applications. The T64 temper guarantees dimensional stability and consistent parameters in every piece. The profile can be cut, drilled, milled and welded using standard methods — the perfect solution for installation teams carrying out projects that require precise aluminium components.
