Aluminium channel 80×40×5 mm is a robust open profile with a C/U cross-section, manufactured from EN AW-6060 T64 alloy (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38). Thanks to its excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio, it is an ideal structural material for installation companies undertaking projects that require lightweight yet load-bearing components – from guide rails and frames to structural frames and cover strips.
The raw, unanodised surface allows any finishing treatment – anodising, powder coating, or leaving in its natural state. The profile is easy to cut, drill, bend and mechanically fasten, enabling rapid assembly and flexibility in adapting to individual project requirements.
