Description
Adjustable handrail elbow for gluing into 42.4x2 mm tube – stainless steel AISI 304 satin

Adjustable glue-in elbow is a hinged balustrade connector designed for tubes with diameter 42.4 mm and wall thickness 2 mm. It enables smooth angle adjustment of structural balustrade elements, making it an ideal solution in places where profiles meet at different angles — primarily in corners and direction changes of handrails.
The element is made from AISI 304 stainless steel with satin finish, which provides an aesthetic, matt appearance resistant to fingerprints. Installation is carried out using gluing method with anaerobic adhesive — this technique guarantees a permanent, invisible connection without welding, which significantly improves the visual quality of the finished balustrade and reduces installation time on site.

Application and installer benefits
The adjustable elbow is a key element in constructing stainless steel balustrades wherever there is a need to connect tubes at variable angles. Thanks to its hinged construction, it eliminates the need for cutting and welding profiles at individual angles — simply set the desired angle and glue the element. Anaerobic adhesive technology allows for aesthetic, invisible connections without overheating the material and discolouration characteristic of welding, which directly translates to higher visual quality of the balustrade and shorter finishing work time.
