90° gentle elbow for adhesive bonding is an aesthetic structural connector designed for constructing stainless steel balustrades in the 42.4 mm system. The elbow enables smooth directional change of the handrail at a right angle, creating an elegant, gentle transition without visible welds or screws.
The element is connected using adhesive bonding with anaerobic adhesive dedicated to stainless steel. This assembly method ensures a durable and invisible connection that does not compromise the surface finish – an ideal solution for installations where perfect aesthetics matter.

Application and assembly
The elbow is designed for connecting tubes with a diameter of 42.4 mm and wall thickness of 2 mm in stainless steel balustrade systems. The connector slides onto the tube ends and is secured with anaerobic adhesive, ensuring quick assembly without welding – particularly important for finishing work on-site where sparks and overheating could damage the surroundings.
