90° gentle bonded elbow is a durable balustrade connector made from stainless steel, designed to connect tubes with 42.4 mm diameter. Thanks to the gently rounded bending profile, the element gives the balustrade an elegant, modern appearance whilst ensuring a solid and durable connection. An ideal solution for installation companies implementing internal and external balustrade projects — bonded installation eliminates the need for welding, which significantly speeds up implementation and allows maintaining an undisturbed surface finish.
The elbow is installed using the bonding method with anaerobic adhesive, which bonds upon contact with metal and hardens after cutting off the oxygen supply. This connection method guarantees a tight, invisible joint without welding marks — the finished effect is aesthetic and professional immediately after installation.
