Description
Unequal aluminium angle 80×20×2 mm – L profile, length 2000 mm

The unequal aluminium angle 80×20×2 mm is a robust L-type profile made from EN AW-6060 T64 alloy (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38). Thanks to its unequal legs — 80 mm and 20 mm — the profile is ideal wherever an asymmetric support or a lightweight finishing element is required.
The length of the section is 2000 mm, and the total weight of the profile is just 1.12 kg (linear density 0.56 kg/m), making it easy to machine, quick to transport and convenient to install — even at height. The raw (unanodised) surface allows further processing: anodising, powder coating, or leaving uncoated in indoor applications.
Applications
The unequal angle profile is well suited for support structures, mounting frames, edge trims, panel reinforcements and repairs of aluminium components. In the photovoltaic industry it can serve as a spacer element, reinforcing strip or cable guide in sub-structure assemblies.

Properties of EN AW-6060 T64 alloy
The AlMgSi0.5 alloy in the T64 heat-treatment condition combines good mechanical strength with high corrosion resistance and ease of machining. The profile can be cut, drilled and milled using standard workshop tools. Aluminium requires no anti-corrosion maintenance in indoor conditions, and after anodising it retains its durability outdoors as well.
