Unequal Aluminium Angle 50×20×2 mm – L Profile, Length 2000 mm
The unequal aluminium angle 50×20×2 mm is a versatile L-type profile made from EN AW-6060 T64 alloy (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38). Thanks to its unequal legs — 50 mm and 20 mm — it allows the creation of guards, frames and angular connections wherever a standard equal-leg angle does not provide the optimal fit. The profile length is 2000 mm, and the weight of a single piece is just 0.74 kg, making it easy to transport and handle on site.
The EN AW-6060 alloy in the T64 temper combines good mechanical strength with high resistance to atmospheric corrosion — the profile performs well both indoors and in external applications. The raw (unanodised) surface finish allows further processing: anodising, powder coating or painting, depending on project requirements.
Applications
The angle is used in aluminium structures, interior finishing, mounting frames, edge guards, technical furniture components, and minor repairs and workshop projects. The unequal legs offer greater design flexibility than symmetrical profiles — the longer leg provides rigidity, while the shorter leg minimises material consumption where full depth is not required.
