Description
Unequal Aluminium Angle 100×50×3 mm – L-Profile, Length 2000 mm

The unequal aluminium angle 100×50×3 mm is a robust L-profile with a length of 2000 mm, manufactured from EN AW-6060 T64 alloy (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38). Thanks to the unequal leg ratio — 100 mm and 50 mm — it offers an optimal stiffness-to-weight ratio, making it an ideal structural component for photovoltaic installations, load-bearing frames, façade finishing, and repairs.
The profile surface is mill finish (non-anodised), giving full freedom for further processing — anodising, powder coating, or leaving in its natural state. The 6060 aluminium series is characterised by excellent corrosion resistance, outstanding weldability, and ease of machining, making it one of the most widely used alloys in aluminium structures.
Technical Specification

- Leg A (longer): 100 mm
- Leg B (shorter): 50 mm
- Wall thickness T: 3 mm
- Length: 2000 mm
- Material: aluminium EN AW-6060 T64 (AlMgSi0.5 / PA38)
- Surface: mill finish (non-anodised)

Applications
The unequal aluminium angle is suitable wherever a lightweight and rigid structural reinforcement is required — from PV substructure frames and façade finishing elements to repairs and modifications of existing aluminium structures. The unequal legs allow for the design of connections with varied geometry, where one leg serves a load-bearing function and the other a fixing function.
