Swivel design of the running trolley

Each trolley is fitted with a pivot pin connecting the body to the mounting base, allowing the mechanism to move freely in line with the gate's travel path. The swivel suspension reduces stress generated during operation — particularly under heavy loads and intensive use. This solution significantly extends the service life of the trolleys, rollers and guide track. The nylon rollers ensure quiet and smooth operation, while two additional horizontal rollers provide lateral stability, eliminating play and vibration even during rapid gate movement.

Accessories included in the kit

The catch roller bracket stabilises the gate when closed and distributes its weight across a greater number of components, significantly extending the service life of the running trolleys. It is fitted with two plastic rollers that guide the gate — the width between the rollers is 88 mm. The bracket is designed for an 80 × 80 mm track, with a mounting hole spacing of 70 mm and an adjustment slot measuring 25 × 10 mm.

The guide roller with end stop is a steel, galvanised component mounted at the beginning of the sliding gate track. The roller engages with the catch roller bracket fixed to the gate post, distributing the gate's weight across additional support points and ensuring stability when closed. Designed for an 80 × 80 × 5 mm track, supplied complete with mounting bolts.
