The Running Trolley 80/10 is a heavy-duty, 10-roller load-bearing component designed for heavy self-supporting sliding gates. Thanks to its articulated construction, the trolley automatically adapts to the rail profile, ensuring smooth and quiet gate operation even under significant load — up to a maximum of 1200 kg.
The construction comprises 8 vertical rollers and 2 horizontal rollers, which stabilise the gate along the guide axis and eliminate lateral play. The trolley is connected to the mounting base via a pivot pin, allowing free adjustment to any unevenness in the running track. Height adjustment is carried out using bolts — enabling precise alignment of the gate relative to ground level without the need for additional shims.
All rollers are fitted with ball bearings, which ensure low rolling resistance and a long service life. The steel components are zinc-plated, protecting them against corrosion and making them suitable for outdoor use.
