Sliding Gate Trolley 80 is a swivel, 5-wheel load-bearing component designed for cantilever sliding gates. Thanks to its swivel construction, the trolley automatically adjusts to the gate rail, ensuring smooth and quiet operation even under intensive use. It is a reliable component that significantly speeds up installation and eliminates the need for precise alignment.
The trolley is fitted with 5 plastic wheels – 4 vertical wheels and 1 horizontal wheel stabilising lateral gate deflection. The wheels are mounted on ball bearings, guaranteeing long service life and minimal rolling resistance. The connection to the mounting base is made via a pivot pin, which allows the trolley to swivel and compensate for any unevenness in the running track.
Height adjustment is carried out using mounting bolts in the base plate, allowing precise levelling of the gate after the trolley has been fitted. The mounting base features slotted holes to facilitate positional correction during installation.
The trolley frame is galvanised, providing effective corrosion protection and durability in outdoor conditions. The maximum load capacity is 450 kg, making the trolley suitable for both lightweight gates and larger industrial structures.
