Square tube insert 80×80 mm, grey, wall thickness 5.0–8.0 mm
The grey Square tube insert 80×80 mm is a finishing component that closes the open end of a hollow section. It is designed for tubes with a wall thickness of 5.0–8.0 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of sections used in steel structures, frames and bases.
The insert consists of a flat flange that covers the edge of the tube and a ribbed stem. The ribs press against the inner walls of the tube and hold the insert in place. The closed end has a neat appearance, and dirt is less likely to enter the tube.

Press the insert into the tube opening until the flange sits flush against its edge. Polyethylene is commonly used for this type of component because it is lightweight and resistant to moisture.
