The black Square tube insert 80×80 mm is a finishing component that closes the open end of a hollow section. It is designed for tubes with a wall thickness of 5.0–8.0 mm, making it suitable for different tube variants with the same nominal dimensions.
The insert is made of polyethylene. The flange covers the edge of the tube, while the internal section with fins is pressed into the tube and holds the insert in place. Push-in inserts of this type are installed without additional fasteners by pressing them into the tube opening.
