Description
Square tube insert 60×60 mm, black, wall thickness 3.0–5.0 mm
The black Square tube insert is a finishing component for closing the open ends of hollow sections. It is designed so that one type of insert fits tubes with different wall thicknesses, simplifying selection and storage.
Made of polyethylene, it has a flat external flange that covers the edge of the tube and a ribbed insert that holds it in place once fitted. These inserts protect the inside of the tube from dirt and provide a neat finish to the ends of structures.
Applications and selection
- Closing the open ends of square tubes in support structures, frames and stands
- Protecting the inside of the tube from dust and dirt

Installation and use
- Push the ribbed insert into the open end of the tube until the flange sits flush against its edge
- The ribs press against the internal walls of the tube and hold the insert in place
