Description
Square tube insert 50×50 mm, black, wall thickness 1.5–3.0 mm
The black Square tube insert 50×50 mm is used to close the ends of square tubes and hollow sections. It is designed for tubes with a wall thickness of 1.5–3.0 mm, allowing one model to fit several tube variants with the same nominal dimensions.
The insert consists of an external section that covers the edge of the tube and an internal section with ribs. The ribs grip the internal walls of the tube and hold the insert in place. The insert is made entirely of polyethylene, a material commonly used for push-in tube inserts.
Application and selection

Push-in inserts of this type are installed by pressing the internal section into the tube opening until the external section sits flush against its edge. The ribs adjust to the inside of the tube within the specified wall thickness range. The product is sold individually, allowing the number of inserts to be matched to the requirements of each project.
