Square tube insert 40×40 mm, grey, wall thickness 3.0–5.0 mm

The grey Square tube insert is a simple finishing component that closes the open end of a hollow tube. One variant fits several tube wall thicknesses, simplifying selection and stock management for installation companies.

The internal part of the insert has fins that enter the tube and hold the insert in place. The flat external flange covers the edge of the tube, giving it a neat, uniform appearance. Inserts of this type conceal the open cross-section and cut edge of the tube.

Applications

The insert is made of polyethylene – a plastic commonly used for push-in finishing components. It is installed by pressing the internal part into the open end of the tube.
