Description
Square tube insert 35×35 mm, black
This black Square tube insert is a finishing component for closing the open ends of square tubes and profiles. Made of polyethylene, it covers the open cross-section and gives the end of the profile a neat appearance.
The insert consists of a flat external section that sits against the end of the profile and a shank that is pressed inside. The shank has fins on its sides that hold the insert in place. The profile wall thickness range given in the specification allows the same insert to be used with profiles of different wall thicknesses.

Inserts of this type are used to close the ends of hollow profiles. Construction and material
The external section is a square plate with rounded corners. It covers the end of the profile and determines the insertion depth. The internal shank with fins slides into the profile and provides a secure fit. Polyethylene is a material commonly used to make profile inserts and caps. The insert is sold individually.
