Square tube insert 25×25 mm, brown
The brown Square tube insert 25×25 mm is a push-in finishing component that closes the open end of a square tube. It is made of polyethylene, and its flange neatly covers the edge of the tube.
Internal inserts of this type are used in steel and aluminium profile structures, such as fences, railings, metal furniture and frames. Closing the end of the profile protects its interior from dirt and prevents snagging on the sharp cut edge.
The insert's shank has ribs that press against the profile walls when pushed in, holding the insert in place. It is fitted by pushing it into the end of the profile until the flange rests against the edge. The polyethylene from which it is made is a material commonly used for profile finishing components.
