Description
Square tube insert 20×20 mm, grey
The grey polyethylene Square tube insert 20×20 mm is a simple finishing component for closing open profile ends. It covers the profile opening, gives the structure a neat appearance and helps prevent dirt from entering the profile.
The insert is pressed into the end of the profile. The ribbed internal section fits profile walls with a thickness of 1.0–2.5 mm, while the flat external flange covers the edge of the profile. The wide wall thickness range allows one product to be used with profiles of different designs.
Polyethylene is commonly used for profile inserts. The neutral grey colour complements steel and aluminium structures.

Selection and installation
Before ordering, check the nominal profile size and wall thickness to ensure the insert fits securely in the opening. Once pressed into the end of the profile, its external flange covers the opening, while the ribs on the internal section grip the profile walls.
