Square tube insert 140×140 mm, brown (RAL 8007), wall thickness 4–7 mm
The brown (RAL 8007) Square tube insert 140x140 mm provides a neat finish to the open end of a hollow section. It is designed for sections with a wall thickness of 2.5–8.0 mm, allowing it to be used with different wall thicknesses while retaining the same external dimensions.
It is made of polyethylene. The ribbed internal section slides into the tube and is secured by a push fit, while the smooth outer flange covers the edge of the tube. Inserts of this type close off the cross-section, giving the end of the component a neat, finished appearance.

- Closing the ends of posts and supports made from 140x140 mm square sections
- Finishing open section ends in support structures and frames
- Colour matching with components in RAL 8007 brown
The brown shade complements structures painted or finished in brown tones, creating a consistent appearance. The insert is sold individually.
Before ordering, compare the nominal dimensions and wall thickness of the section with the specification. Select the insert to fit the internal cross-section of the tube: the ribbed section fits inside, while the 7.0 mm high flange remains outside and covers the edge.
