Description
Square tube insert 100×100 mm, black, wall thickness 2.0–4.0 mm
The black Square tube insert 100×100 mm is a finishing component that closes the open end of a tube or hollow section. It is designed for profiles with a wall thickness of 2.0–4.0 mm, allowing one size to fit several material thicknesses.
The insert is made of polyethylene. The internal section with ribs is pressed into the profile and held in place by their elasticity, while the external flange covers the edge of the profile to create a neat, flush finish. These inserts are push-fitted without additional tools or fasteners.
Applications
- Closing open ends of square profiles in load-bearing and support structures
- Finishing frames, supports and bases made from hollow sections
- Protecting the inside of the profile from dirt and covering edges to prevent injury
- Providing a neat finish to visible structural elements
