Sliding Gate Trolley Kit with Accessories
Complete sliding gate trolley kit with mounting accessories for cantilever sliding gates. The set includes all the key components required to install and operate the gate — from gate trolleys and a guide roller to a guide roller bracket. The trolley is fitted with 5 metal rollers, including one horizontal roller for lateral gate guidance. The swivel design connects the trolley body to the base plate via a pivot pin, allowing it to automatically align with the gate track. Height adjustment is carried out using bolts, enabling precise gate levelling during installation.

The correct centre-to-centre trolley spacing depends on the gate weight and clear opening width. The table below assists with selection:
The trolleys are suitable for gates weighing between 300 kg and 400 kg with a clear opening of 3.5 m to 5.5 m. For example, for a gate weighing 350 kg with a clear opening of 4.5 m, the recommended centre-to-centre trolley spacing is 2.10 m.
The guide roller with end cap is fitted at the leading end of the cantilever gate track. The end cap serves a protective function — preventing snow and ice from entering the track interior. Mounting screws are included. The roller is compatible with 80×80×5 mm track.
The guide roller bracket is a steel component fixed to the gate post, into which the guide roller engages when the gate is closed. The rear face features two mounting holes and a rubber buffer. The bracket is compatible with 80×80×5 mm and 70×70×4 mm tracks.
The interaction between the guide roller and bracket distributes the gate load across a greater number of components, stabilises the gate in the closed position, and significantly extends the service life of the gate trolleys.
