5-roller sliding gate trolley for self-supporting sliding gates — a robust running component designed for heavy-duty gates. Thanks to its swivel construction, the trolley automatically adjusts to the position of the rail, eliminating stress caused by uneven ground and ensuring smooth, trouble-free gate operation for many years of use.
Construction and operating principle
The trolley is fitted with 5 steel rollers — four vertically mounted load-bearing rollers and one horizontal guide roller. This arrangement provides stable support for the gate rail both from below and from the side, resulting in quiet operation and minimal wear of the running components. The trolley body is connected to the base plate via a swivel pin, allowing the entire roller assembly to tilt and compensate for any installation deviations. Height adjustment is carried out using bolts locked with counter-nuts, enabling precise alignment of the rail relative to the gate posts without the need for shims.
The trolley is designed for a rail with a profile of 80 × 80 × 5 mm and carries loads of up to 550 kg, making it a suitable solution for medium and large gates — in both residential and industrial settings.
