Self-drilling screw 4.8×19 mm in stainless steel A2 with a hex head with flange, conforming to standard DIN 7504 K (~ISO 15480). Thanks to the integrated drill point, it eliminates the need for pre-drilling, significantly reducing assembly time when working with aluminium sheets and profiles.
Stainless steel A2 (AISI 304) provides high corrosion resistance, making this screw an ideal fastener for outdoor applications — installation of photovoltaic structures, façades, sheet metal work and ventilation systems. The head flange increases the bearing surface and protects the sheet from pull-through.
Application and Drilling Range
The screw is designed for direct fastening into aluminium sheets with a thickness of 1.75 to 4.4 mm — without the need for pre-drilling. The hex head allows rapid installation using a socket wrench or power driver with an SW8 bit.
