Round tube insert Ø 90 mm, black, wall thickness 1.0–2.5 mm
The black Round tube insert Ø 90 mm fits inside the end of a tube and is designed for profiles with a wall thickness of 1.0–2.5 mm. It closes the open end of the tube, provides a neat finish and helps prevent dirt from entering the profile.
Inserts of this type are used wherever a round tube remains visible after installation: in support structures, fences, railings, frames and simple tubular structures. The black colour complements dark profiles and steel components.
Design and fit
- the wide external flange covers the edge of the tube and conceals its cross-section

- the ribbed internal section presses against the profile wall and holds the insert in place

Choosing the right tube
When selecting an insert, check the tube's external diameter and wall thickness. Both parameters must be within the range specified for this insert to ensure it fits securely and does not fall out.
Press the insert into the open end of the tube until the flange rests against the edge of the profile. The ribbed internal section then adjusts to the wall and holds the insert securely in the tube, while the flange covers the cut edge.
