Description
Round tube insert Ø 76 mm, white
The white Round tube insert for Ø 76 mm tube provides a neat finish for the ends of round tubes. The smooth, rounded head covers the tube edge, while the internal part with fins is pressed into the tube.
Inserts of this type are used to protect open tube ends in support structures, balustrades, fences, frames and metal furniture. Covering the cut edge improves the appearance of the tube end, while the white colour complements light-coloured structures and components painted white.

Installation
Press the insert into the tube end until the head rests against the tube edge. The fins on the internal part hold the insert in the tube, so before installation, check that the tube interior is clean and the cut edge is free of burrs.
Construction
The insert consists of a wide head that covers the tube edge and an internal part with fins that fits inside the tube. Selection is based on the tube's nominal diameter and wall thickness, while the dimensions of the individual parts of the insert allow the fit to be checked against a specific tube.
