Description
Round tube insert Ø 76 mm, green
This green Round tube insert is a finishing component for closing the open ends of round tubes. The ribbed inner section is pressed into the tube, while the wide outer flange covers the tube edge and provides a neat finish.
The insert is designed for round tubes with the nominal diameter stated in the specification and is suitable for the tube wall thickness range shown in the dimensions table. Before ordering, measure the tube's external diameter and check its wall thickness, as both determine whether the insert will fit correctly.

Installation
Press the insert into the open end of the tube until the flange rests against the tube end. The ribs on the inner section flex during insertion, holding the insert in place. Before installation, remove any burrs left by cutting from the end of the tube to ensure the insert sits evenly.
Inserts of this type are commonly used in steel and aluminium tube structures wherever an open tube end needs a neat finish. The product is sold individually.
