Description
Round tube insert Ø 40 mm, green
The green Round tube insert is a finishing component used to close the open ends of tubular profiles. The ribbed internal section is pushed into the tube, while the external flange neatly covers the edge of the profile.
Internal inserts of this type are used where an open tube end needs to be protected against dirt and the sharp cut edge concealed. The green colour allows the finish to match components of the same colour, while the round flange matches the tube cross-section.
The insert is designed for round tubes with a nominal diameter of Ø 40 mm and accommodates the range of wall thicknesses specified, allowing one product to be used for tubes with different wall thicknesses within that range. Installation involves pushing the internal section into the open end of the profile.
