Round tube insert Ø 38 mm, anthracite
The Round tube insert Ø 38 mm in anthracite (RAL 7016) is a finishing component for closing the open ends of tubes. Once pressed into the tube, it covers the opening and closes off the interior.
Applications and selection

The internal section of the insert has ribs that press against the tube walls when inserted, holding the component in place. The insert is pushed into the end of the tube until the external flange rests against the tube edge.
Round tube inserts are usually fitted as the final stage of assembling tubular structures. The nominal tube diameter and wall thickness are important when selecting an insert, as they determine whether the ribs fit correctly inside the tube.
