Description
Round tube insert Ø 32 mm, white
The white Round tube insert Ø 32 mm is a finishing component used to protect open tube ends. The push-in internal section with fins fits inside the tube, while the wide external head covers the edge of the profile and provides a neat finish.
The insert is designed for tubes with a nominal diameter of 32 mm and a wall thickness of 1.0–2.0 mm. When pushed in, the fins grip the inside of the tube, closing the opening against external dirt and moisture.

Inserts of this type are installed by pushing the internal section into the open end of the tube until the head rests against the edge of the profile. Before installation, check that the tube diameter and wall thickness are within the range specified for the insert, and that the tube end is cut straight and free of burrs. The product is sold individually.
When selecting an insert, three dimensions are essential: the nominal tube diameter, its wall thickness and the height of the internal section that enters the profile. The external section remains visible and covers the tube edge, giving the profile a neat, even finish after installation.
