Description
Round tube insert Ø 32 mm, black
The black Round tube insert Ø 32 mm is a finishing component that closes the open end of a tube. Its smooth, wide flange gives the tube end a neat appearance and protects the inside of the profile from dirt.
The internal section of the insert features ribs that press against the tube walls when inserted, holding it in place. The design accommodates profiles with different wall thicknesses, allowing the same product to be used in various 32 mm diameter tubes.
Applications
- Closing the ends of round tubes in steel and aluminium structures
- Finishing frames, balustrades, supports and frameworks made from 32 mm diameter tube
- Protecting open profile ends from dirt and debris
- Providing a neat black finish to visible tube ends
Installation
Push the insert into the open end of the tube until the flange rests against the end of the profile. The core enters the tube and the ribs secure the insert in the profile. Before installation, check that the tube end is cut square and free of burrs.
Selection
Round tube inserts are selected according to the nominal diameter of the profile and its wall thickness. The product is sold individually, so the number of inserts can be matched to the number of tube ends in the project.
