Description
Round tube insert Ø 28 mm, white
The white Round tube insert Ø 28 mm provides a neat finish for the open ends of round profiles. It gives the structural element a finished appearance and protects the inside of the tube from dirt.
The insert consists of a wide head that covers the edge of the tube and an internal section with ribs. The ribs fit against the profile wall and hold the insert in the tube once pressed in. The design is intended for profiles with a wall thickness of 1.0 to 2.0 mm, so it can be used in tubes with different wall thicknesses within this range.

Selection and installation
Press the insert into the tube opening until the head sits against the edge. Before installation, check the outside dimension and wall thickness of the profile, as these determine whether the ribs will fit correctly.
Inserts of this type are used wherever the open end of a tube needs to be closed from the inside and the head needs to cover its edge. The white colour allows the component to match light-coloured profiles and equipment.
