Round tube insert Ø 27 mm in black is a finishing component for closing the open ends of tubular profiles. It covers the cut edge and gives the end of the structure a neat appearance.
Application and selection. Push-in inserts are used to close tube ends in frames, support structures and equipment made from round profiles. When selecting an insert, match its size to the tube's external diameter and wall thickness – these details are provided in the dimensions table below.
Installation. Push the insert into the tube opening until the flange rests against the end of the profile. The internal section with ribs presses against the tube walls and holds the insert in place, while the external flange covers the edge of the profile.
Construction. The insert consists of a flat external flange and an internal section with a core and ribs. The ribs flex during insertion, holding the component in the tube without additional fixings. The smooth, slightly rounded surface of the flange provides a neat finish to the tube end.
