Description
Round tube insert Ø 20 mm, purple
The purple round tube insert Ø 20 mm closes the open end of a tubular profile. It protects the inside of the tube from dirt and gives the end a neat, uniform finish.
Inserts of this type have a ribbed inner section that fits into the tube and a flat outer flange. The flange covers the edge of the profile and conceals its cross-section, giving the tube end a tidy appearance. The purple colour also helps distinguish profile ends within a structure.

Selection and installation
Before purchasing, check the tube's outer diameter and wall thickness and compare them with the insert dimensions given in the specification. Press the insert into the open end of the profile until the flange rests against the edge of the tube. The ribs on the inner section are designed to grip the inside of the tube and hold the insert in place.
