Description
Round tube insert Ø 20 mm, green
The green Round tube insert is used to close the end of a tubular profile. It is inserted into the tube opening, while the flat external flange remains visible and provides a finished edge.
The internal section has ribs that conform to the tube wall and hold the insert in the opening. Inserts of this type are used to finish round tubes in structures, frames and similar applications where the open end of the profile needs to be protected.
Applications and selection
- closing open ends of round tubes with a suitable nominal diameter

- protecting the inside of the tube from dirt entering through the opening
When selecting an insert, check the tube's external diameter and wall thickness, as these determine whether the ribs will fit correctly. The insert is sold individually.
Insert design
