Round tube insert 2" (Ø 60.3 mm), green
The green Round tube insert for 2" tube is a finishing component that closes the open end of a tube, giving the structure a neat, finished appearance.
The insert is pushed into the end of the tube. The internal section with fins fits inside the tube, while the wide external flange covers the tube edge. This prevents dirt from entering the tube and keeps its open end looking neat.
Inserts of this type are selected according to the tube's external diameter and wall thickness. The specified wall thickness range determines which tubes the fins will fit securely, so before ordering, compare the measurements with the Dimensions table below.

Installation
Before pushing in the insert, remove any burrs and cutting debris from the end of the tube so that the flange sits evenly against the edge. Push the insert into the tube until the flange rests against the tube end.
